Transaction Date, Type, Order, Card Brand, Card Source, Payout Status, Payout Date, Available On, Amount, Fee, Net.
Thousands separators, mixed currencies and unsupported statuses are not accepted. The tool stops on inconsistent arithmetic and several ambiguous file conditions. It cannot establish that an export is complete or verify your control amount with a bank.

Start by describing the business workflow you want to use the tool for. Price, currency, applicable tax, licence scope and delivery timing are confirmed in a written quote before you purchase.
This is a one-off digital software purchase, with manual delivery as agreed. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Live payment activation is being completed. This page does not currently collect payments. A purchase can proceed only when a real quote is accepted and the seller's live payment setup is ready.
Purchase by accepted quote
No fixed price is advertised. Each quote states the full amount and currency, with tax treatment clearly identified.

- Pay the agreed invoice on Stripe's hosted payment page.
- Receive the digital file as set out in your quote.
Opening the email link does not place an order. Please do not email payout files or customer financial information.
Before accepting a quote

Digital delivery
The accepted quote specifies the file version, licence scope, delivery method and delivery date. Delivery is manual in the initial offering. No immediate or automatic download is promised by this page.
Problems, cancellations & refunds
Contact us before payment if you need to change or cancel a quote. If a delivered product does not match the accepted description, tell us what is wrong. We will seek to correct the issue; if we cannot supply the agreed product, we will refund the affected purchase amount. Any additional agreed terms are stated in the quote.
Privacy & local files
The supplied tool processes the CSV in your browser without uploading it to PayoutLuma. This information page uses no analytics or tracking cookies. Email correspondence is handled by the contact mailbox; invoice and payment data are handled using Stripe. We use purchase and contact information to fulfil the agreement, provide support and maintain required business records.
What the statement means
The output is not a bank confirmation, tax calculation, invoice, bookkeeping entry or certification of complete accounts. Original exports and your usual accounting checks remain necessary. PayoutLuma is an independent product and is not affiliated with Shopify.
